New GTA 6 Leak Reveals a Wild Nudist Colony in Leonida

Have you ever wondered what kind of wild and unusual locations we'll be exploring in Grand Theft Auto 6? Well, if the latest wave of online leaks is anything to go by, your virtual tourism in Leonida is about to get a whole lot weirder—and a lot more exposed. A newly surfaced video clip reveals that players might actually be able to drop by an active nudist colony in the upcoming open-world title.

The leaked footage, which runs for just a few minutes, gives us a sneak peek at co-protagonist Jason strolling around an outdoor area packed with pools and several hot tubs. In classic Rockstar fashion, the place is bustling with dozens of completely naked people casually hanging out and dancing. However, as you can probably imagine, walking into a nudist retreat dressed from head to toe is bound to cause some awkward social tension.

That social friction plays out in real time during the footage. While some of the nude NPCs seem relatively unbothered by Jason wandering through their private space, others look visibly annoyed by the fully clothed guy in their midst. Things escalate quickly when Jason pulls out a pair of binoculars to stare at the residents. One woman takes obvious offense to his creepy behavior, marches right over, and physically attacks him on the spot. Honestly, who can blame her?

This nudist retreat video is just one of several Grand Theft Auto 6 clips to hit the internet over the past week thanks to a still-at-large leaker. Despite all the buzz, these unauthorized glimpses might not actually harm Rockstar in the long run. According to a former technical director from the studio, the vast majority of players simply do not care about leaked footage. In fact, it pales in comparison to major controversies like the infamous Hot Coffee incident that shook up Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas years ago.

Even so, the publisher is not taking the security breach lightly. Take-Two is currently actively subpoenaing information to track down the identity of the leaker. Thankfully, we won't have to rely on leaked clips for much longer. We are scheduled to get our very first official look at gameplay on August 27, streaming exclusively on Netflix, ahead of the game's full launch on November 19 for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
