The sign in question looked a bit off, leading some to speculate that AI was used to create assets for the game. But according to Insomniac's community and marketing director, James Stevenson, it's simply a "UV map bug." In other words, it's a technical glitch, not a sign of AI involvement.
Stevenson addressed the issue directly, explaining that the strange appearance is due to a mapping error. He also confirmed that a fix is already in the works. So, if you were worried about AI creeping into your favorite superhero game, you can relax.
This isn't the first time gamers have raised eyebrows over odd visuals in highly anticipated titles. But it's good to see developers quickly clarifying and addressing concerns. Insomniac's swift response shows they're listening to the community.
