Ever wish you could scout monsters faster in Dragon Quest Monsters? Square Enix and developer TOSE have just dropped a bunch of new info and screenshots for Dragon Quest Monsters: The Withered World, and it’s all about making your monster-collecting adventures smoother and more strategic.
First up, Quick Scouting. This new feature lets you scout monsters more efficiently, so you can build your dream team without endless grinding. Then there’s Scout Run, which sounds like a mode where you dash through areas to scout multiple monsters in one go. It’s perfect for when you want to expand your roster quickly.
But that’s not all—Joint Battles are also coming. These battles let you team up with allies for powerful combo attacks, adding a new layer of tactics to fights. You’ll need to coordinate your monsters and moves carefully to come out on top.
We also get a new character: Almira. Details are slim, but she’s sure to play a key role in the story. Plus, Square Enix teased a bunch of new monsters that you’ll be able to scout and battle with. Each one likely brings its own unique skills and traits to the mix.
