GTA 6 Netflix Showcase Length Revealed, Runs 26 Minutes on PS5

Ready to finally see more of GTA 6? Rockstar's big 'Extended Look' event hits Netflix today, and we now know exactly how long you'll need to set aside. According to the Netflix app, the showcase runs a beefy 26 minutes – that's way more than a typical trailer, so get ready for a proper deep dive into Vice City and beyond.

This is huge news because Rockstar has been super stingy with GTA 6 details since its announcement. We've only gotten two trailers since 2023, so an extended look is a welcome treat. The 26-minute runtime suggests we'll get a thorough tour of the game's world, mechanics, and maybe even some story beats. It's the kind of in-depth reveal fans have been craving for years.

But that's not all – Netflix also confirmed that all the footage in the broadcast was captured entirely from in-game footage on PlayStation 5. That's no shocker, since the May 2025 trailer was also captured on the base PS5, not the Pro. Sony and Rockstar have a co-marketing deal for GTA 6, which explains the PlayStation branding and the PlayStation-style consoles and controllers seen in the game.
