Prime Day Board Game Deals 2026: Early Discounts You Can Grab Now

Are you ready to upgrade your board game shelf without breaking the bank? Prime Day board game deals are already popping up, even though the main event doesn't officially start until tomorrow. Discounts are flying on everything from heavy hobby games to light party fare, so you can snag a bargain right now.

We're tracking the best Prime Day board game deals live, and we'll keep updating until the sale wraps up late on October 7. That means it's worth checking back often in case something on your wishlist gets a price cut. With years of experience covering sales and the best board games, we know a good deal when we see one.

But be careful: Prime Day board game deals aren't always what they seem. Amazon sometimes raises prices before an event just to drop them back down, making the saving look bigger. Other offers are common year-round. That's why we're only posting genuine, thoroughly-vetted bargains here.

Here are some of the standout deals right now. Harmonies is at an all-time low price, and with 94% of its 800+ Amazon reviews giving it five stars, it's an easy recommendation. Catan (6th Edition) is down to $29.99 from $49.99—a rare drop for a game that's usually $40. Ticket to Ride (2025 Refresh) is $29.99, just a few dollars off its lowest ever, and it's a superb gateway game for families. Azul is 40% off, a tile-laying puzzle that's a revelation. Splendor is also at its best price in 180 days.

In live updates, Lord of the Rings: Duel for Middle-earth is 20% off at $31.99 (usually $39.99). It reworks 7 Wonders with Tolkien-inspired mechanics, and 90% of its Amazon reviews are five stars. Marvel Champions: The Card Game also got a mega discount—perfect if you're in a Marvel mood with Doomsday coming this December.

Wondering whether to wait for Black Friday? It depends on the discount. While November may bring a better range, you can check price history with CamelCamelCamel to see if a deal is genuinely good. As for timing, Prime Day officially kicks off October 6, but early savings are already here. The sale ends October 8 at 00:00am, so most deals will be gone by Thursday—though a few may linger.
