Kanye West Drops Thousands on Pokemon Cards for Kids

Ever wondered what it would be like to have Kanye West as your dad and go on a Pokemon card shopping spree? Well, his kids just found out.

Kanye West recently took his children on a private shopping trip to a Pokemon card store, where they reportedly spent thousands of dollars on cards. The outing was a full-on spree, with the rapper treating his kids to a huge haul of Pokemon merchandise.

Details are scarce, but we know the trip was private and the total spend reached into the thousands. That's a lot of booster packs! It's unclear which specific cards they picked up or whether they were chasing any particular rare finds.

Pokemon cards have exploded in popularity recently, with vintage cards and rare pulls fetching insane prices at auction. So Kanye's kids are sitting on a pretty impressive collection now—or at least a lot of packs to open.

This isn't the first time celebs have shown love for Pokemon. From Logan Paul's record-breaking purchases to other stars flaunting their collections, the hobby has become a status symbol. But a private shopping spree for your kids? That's a whole new level of cool.

We don't know if Kanye himself is a collector or if this was purely for the little ones, but either way, it's a headline that caught our attention. Imagine walking into a card shop and dropping thousands—sounds like a dream come true for any Pokemon fan.

So, what do you think? Would you go on a Pokemon card shopping spree if you had the chance? Let us know in the comments!
