Did you know you can save $10 on Metroid Ravenous right now? Amazon has slashed the price of the upcoming Switch 2 exclusive to $59.88, down from $69.99. That's a solid discount on a game that doesn't even have a release date yet—well, it does: January 28.
Nintendo is known for rarely discounting its first-party titles, especially pre-orders. So when a $10 price cut appears, it's worth paying attention. Metroid Ravenous is the latest Switch 2 game to get this treatment, following a pattern we've seen with other Nintendo pre-orders. If you're planning to pick it up, grabbing it now locks in the savings.
But that's not the only deal worth checking out today. If you're in the market for a new controller, the 8BitDo Ultimate 2 is down to its lowest price ever at $44.99 on Woot. That's a steal for a gamepad that usually hovers in the low $50s when on sale. It works with both Switch and Switch 2, and it even has a shake-to-wake feature. Our review praised its asymmetrical form factor, TMR thumbsticks, customizable RGB sticks, and included charging stand. It's also cheaper than the official Switch 2 Pro controller and supports cross-platform play. Just note that setting it up on Switch 2 can be a bit stressful, and it can't wake the console from sleep mode. Also, those RGB sticks will drain the battery.
On the PS5 side, the Victrix Pro BFG (Tekken 8 Edition) is at its best price of the year. This modular controller is our go-to for PS5, and it's now $20 away from the record-low we saw in December. It offers deep customization, excellent performance, and works with PC and PS4. However, it lacks vibration (let alone haptics), feels a little light, and has some minor pairing issues.
If you're into racing sims, the Logitech G RS50 is down to $599.99 at Amazon—a $100 savings. It's only been cheaper a couple of times in the last few months, and it usually sells for $610-$630. Our review highlighted its smooth, reliable 8Nm direct drive motor, immersive TRUEFORCE feedback, and strong build quality. On the downside, G Hub offers limited tuning options, and there's no all-in-one bundle.
And for Zelda fans, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake is still $10 off at Amazon. The Textured Foil physical edition is $59.88, down from $69.99, ahead of its November 5 release. Pre-order season is in full swing, so if you want these savings, don't wait too long.
