Ever wondered what it'd be like to hop on a rideshare in Vice City while a hurricane brews on the horizon? Thanks to a fresh Game Informer feature, we now have a treasure trove of new GTA 6 details—and they're wild.

First, the map. Leonida is officially twice the size of GTA 5's map and the largest Rockstar has ever created "by some degree." It's split into six distinct regions: Vice City (based on Miami), Leonida Quays, Grassrivers (the Everglades equivalent), Port Gellhorn (tourist-trap small towns), Ambrosia (the industrial heartland), and Mount Kalaga National Park. Each area has its own vibe, and we can't wait to see how they connect.

Story-wise, you'll start as Jason, driving around Leonida Quays doing smaller jobs. Lucia, meanwhile, is in prison—her past in Liberty City and some family trouble landed her there. Once she's out, the two team up for a score to chase better lives. Of course, it goes sideways, and a mystery spanning all of Leonida unfolds.

One of the coolest additions is the rideshare app RydeMe. You can call a car, chat with NPCs, listen to music, and just chill while getting from point A to B. It's like GTA 4's cab system on steroids. And the weather? It's dynamic and localized—you might see thunderstorms in the distance while you're flying through sunshine. If conditions are right, a rainbow can form. After rain, you'll spot puddles, wet pavement, and even NPCs with wet hair. Wind has been overhauled since Red Dead Redemption 2, affecting clothes, hair, and the environment. Hurricanes are also in, though we don't know yet if they'll impact gameplay—but imagine flooded streets or wind messing with your driving.

Wildlife is another huge leap. Over 170 species roam Leonida, including 60 bird types, 30+ land mammals, plus fish and reptiles. We're talking manatees, flamingos, pelicans, alligators, feral cats, king toads, armadillos, non-native monkeys, sharks, whales, rays, turtles, and jellyfish. Animal fur reacts to conditions—it can be wet, matted with dirt, or pressed down. NPCs are also more diverse than ever, with appearances influenced by location, including different clothing, tattoos, and haircuts.

Activities are plentiful: base jumping, billiards, gym workouts, kayaking, racing, visiting the zoo, airboating, jet-skiing, and mini-golfing. And that's just what's been confirmed so far.

All this comes from Game Informer's latest issue, which is out now. With so many new details, it's clear Rockstar is building something massive. What feature are you most hyped for? Will you be picking this up day one?
