Prime Day Nintendo Switch Deals: Save on Games, Controllers, and More

Prime Day is officially underway, and if you're a Nintendo Switch owner, you're in luck. This year's October Prime Day runs from October 6-7, and there are already some solid discounts on games, controllers, and accessories. Whether you're looking to expand your library or upgrade your setup, we've got you covered with the best deals we've found so far.

First-party Nintendo games are notoriously hard to discount, and this Prime Day is no exception. Most big titles like Star Fox and Splatoon Raiders are still at full price. However, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake is $10 off its $69.99 MSRP, bringing it to $59.88. That's not a huge saving, but it's better than nothing, especially if you want that special foil box art.

Third-party games are where the real savings are. Resident Evil Requiem (Amazon Exclusive Edition) has dropped to a record-low $49.99, down from $69.99. You also get a free double-sided poster. If you're into RPGs, Persona 3 Reload: Launch Edition is back to its record-low $29.99, down from $59.99, and includes the Persona 4 Golden BGM Set. These are some of the best prices we've seen on these titles.

Accessories are also seeing some nice discounts. The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Edition is down to $69.99 from $119.99 at Woot. For Switch 2 owners, the Pokemon Mega Evolutions PowerA Advantage Wireless Controller is $50.99 (was $69.99), and the PDP Afterglow Wave Wireless RGB Gaming Controller is $44.95 (was $59.99). If you need a case, Belkin's Grip Charging Case and Charging Case Pro are both $89.99, down from $99.99. The HORI Vault Case (Kirby & Waddle Dee) is just $19.99, down from $29.99.

Other notable deals include the Nintendo Switch 2 Camera for $29.99 (was $54.99) and the SanDisk 512GB microSD Express Card for $159.99 (was $199.99). These are great add-ons if you're looking to get more out of your console.

Prime Day runs through October 7, but some deals may sell out quickly. Keep in mind that Black Friday is just around the corner, so if you can wait, you might find even better discounts. However, if you see something you really want at a good price, it's probably worth grabbing now.

We'll be updating this article with the best deals as they come in, so keep checking back. What are you hoping to pick up this Prime Day? Let us know in the comments!
