Curious what the Danganronpa 2x2 cast is going to look like in action? Spike Chunsoft just gave you a fresh peek.
The studio has unveiled official character sprites, renders, profiles and facial expressions for the upcoming Danganronpa 2x2. That's a lot of visual material to dig through, and it's exactly the kind of drop that gets fans zooming in on every little detail.
Each profile shows off a character's Ultimate Talent along with their English voice actor. So if you've been wondering who's voicing who, this is your chance to start matching names to faces.
There's a new face in the mix too: Sakutaro Higashi. The character has been introduced as part of the reveal, though their Talent and profile details are still being kept under wraps. Classic Danganronpa tease, honestly.
You can view the full assortment of sprites, renders, profiles and expressions below, so take your time and soak it all in. Between the poses and the facial expressions, there's plenty to pick apart.
As for when you'll actually get your hands on the game, Danganronpa 2x2 will be released, though the source doesn't specify a date just yet. So for now, the character art is what we've got to work with.
What do you think of the new sprites and the mystery around Sakutaro Higashi? Will you be picking this up when it launches?
