Playmeow Brings Six Adult Demos to Steam Next Fest

Ever wish you could sample a whole batch of adult games before committing your wallet? Playmeow has you covered this October. The publisher is bringing six of its titles to Steam Next Fest, and every one of them will have a free playable demo.

The lineup spans a pretty wild range of genres. On the horror side there's The 8th Room, where you come home from work to find your room has turned strange — objects are missing, colors have shifted, furniture has moved, and some genuinely creepy stuff starts happening. Your job is to spot the anomalies and escape. The twist? A mysterious beauty named Maria is hanging out by the sofa, and when the scares wear you down, you can go to her for comfort. As the game progresses, Maria can do more and more for you, in a variety of, shall we say, therapeutic ways.

Then there's Cow Girl Milufi's Lust Trap Training, starring a cow-girl maid who just wants to help her master. She's already handling housework and H service, but now she wants to try conquering a dungeon too. Her master suggests a practice run in an already-cleared dungeon with no enemies — except it's still packed with tentacles, spider silk, torture chambers, and plenty of nasty erotic traps. If Milufi can't dodge them, that generous figure of hers is going to become the trap's prey.

Roguelike fans should keep an eye on The Forbidden Book and the Enchanting Labyrinth, a top-down shooter whose Steam page just went live. A lazy mage gets sealed inside a labyrinth full of erotic creatures by a forbidden book, and losing means getting toyed with by yuri, futanari, tentacles, and all kinds of monsters. Getting grabbed by small enemies triggers Live2D animation, while falling to a boss leads straight into the classic defeat scene — and after the heroine is humiliated into submission, she gets taken home for even more intense training.

History buffs with, uh, specific tastes might gravitate toward Cao Cao's Ambition for Other Men's Wives. As the name suggests, you play as Cao Cao in a historical simulation gentleman's game. The Han dynasty is crumbling and the common people are suffering, but Cao Aman is busy in a private home with an unnamed young wife — until his lookout warns that her husband is coming back. That's where the story kicks off.

Rounding out the lineup are Lust's Sin, a 2D RPG with exploration elements where you're surrounded daily by a sexy, arrogant female boss named Reina and a sweet, tempting colleague named Erika — the question is whether you can resist. And Desire Out of Control: An Afternoon Secret Relationship, a 3D gentleman's visual novel where you play Yamato, a loyal but romantically clueless college student whose quiet campus life gets pulled into an inescapable vortex.

Six demos, six very different flavors of trouble. Which one are you trying first? Let us know in the comments.
