Ever wanted to mess with a streamer's game in real time? Make-A-Wish UK is giving you that power with Golf With Your Friends Live!
Following its hugely successful and award-winning Overcooked! Live charity stream in 2025, Make-A-Wish UK is back with another IRL twist on a chaotic multiplayer favourite. This time, they're teaming up with Team17 to transform Golf With Your Friends into a real-life, crowd-controlled crazy golf tournament. And yes, you get to call the shots.
The event features content creators TwoAngryGamers, CyborgAngel, Nikoheart and WorstPremadeEver battling it out for the "prestigious" Make-A-Wish Cup. But it won't all be holes in one. As you donate, you'll unlock 'Goodwill Wishes' or 'Mischievous Wishes' that influence the gameplay in real time. Grant advantages, sabotage contestants, or alter the rules of the competition—all with the power of your donations. As more donations roll in and milestones are met, gameplay-changing wishes are triggered, so you can help create hilarious and memorable moments throughout the stream.
Co-hosted by comedian, presenter, actor and video game voice artist Inel Tomlinson, alongside returning host AlicesPixels—actress, cosplayer and lover of all things nerdy—the real-life tournament is raising money for Make-A-Wish UK. For children living with critical illness, hospital stays, treatment and uncertainty can make their world feel smaller. Make-A-Wish UK restores what can become lost to illness: the chance to choose, the courage to dream beyond diagnosis, and precious time with family.
Right now, there are around 134,000 children in the UK living with critical illness that could make them eligible for a wish. That's enough to fill over 11,000 Golf With Your Friends games at the same time. And every hour, another child is diagnosed. Your donation can grant the wishes that give them their childhood back.
So, how do you watch? Tune in on Sunday, 20th September at 4pm BST / 11am EST / 8am PST on Tiltify here: https://tilt.fyi/LGKA70SRab. But you don't have to wait until then to get involved! You can donate right now via the Tiltify page to influence the first round.
Such an event is only possible due to the generosity of individuals and companies, including Rob Small (CEO of Miniclip), Mountain Pictures (Film Crew), Arena Media UK (Media Agency), Supernaut Studio (Creative Agency), and Shed Wilson from Boost Comms (Stage Manager), as well as sponsors Xsolla, Guillotine, Breddos and Patty & Bun. Behind it all is a dedicated team of gaming industry professionals volunteering their time, including Jinesha Ghandi (Volunteer Lead Producer), Veronika Glova (Volunteer Producer), Sally Kevan (TVG Events Game...).
Will you be tuning in to watch the chaos unfold? And more importantly, will you donate to help grant wishes? Let us know in the comments!
