Prime Day GTA 6 Setup: Best Deals on TVs, Controllers & More

GTA 6 is almost here, and with just weeks to go, are you ready to upgrade your setup? Amazon's Prime Day couldn't have come at a better time. We've been waiting patiently for so long, and it feels right to welcome this new era of GTA with something special. Whether you're wondering which TV will make your Xbox sparkle or finally giving in to the allure of a pro controller, there's plenty of kit out there to make your time in GTA 6 even more satisfying.

Thankfully, the Prime Big Deals event is underway, and I've been scouring the shelves for discounts that'll make that first boot feel extra warm and fuzzy. From the best gaming TVs to the best sound systems, these are the Prime Day PS5 deals and Xbox savings I'd use to kit out the ultimate GTA 6 setup. We're not just grabbing any old tat here—these are discounts on tech we've been hands-on with and recommend every day.

Let's start with the TV. The Hisense U7 55-inch is down from $694.25 to $599.99—a 14% discount that's just $10 off its lowest-ever price. Larger models are also discounted: the 65-inch and 75-inch versions are both half price, hitting their lowest-ever costs, though they still cost more than the 55-inch. Hisense TVs often top our budget round-ups, and this mini LED set is a great pick.

If you're on PS5, the Scuf Omega is the Prime Day controller deal to beat ahead of GTA 6. It's taken its first-ever discount, and while it's still pretty hefty, it's cheaper than the Victrix Pro BFG and DualSense Edge. For Xbox players, I'd recommend the Nacon Revolution X Unlimited. It's my favorite feature-rich, premium Xbox controller, and at $149.99 for the Xbox 360 Anniversary colorway at Best Buy, it's an absolute bargain. If you stick with Amazon, the original black colorway is $169.99 in a Big Deal Days discount.

On the audio front, our absolute favorite gaming headset—the SteelSeries Arctis Nova Pro Omni—isn't cheap even with its discount, but it's the ultimate in personal gaming audio. Only the blue option is reduced. If that's too pricey, the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 3P is a solid budget alternative at just $59.99 at Woot—a record-low price. It lacks the hot-swappable batteries and Hi-Res audio of the Omni, but if you're relying on TV speakers, it's a great step up. For a full sound system, the Q Acoustics M20 HD is our overall favorite for gaming and enjoys a rare $150 discount to its lowest price so far.

One more tip: Costco members can grab four $25 gift cards for $79.99, which covers the $99.99 Ultimate Edition of GTA 6 for $20 less than usual. These gift card options are the only reliable way to shave cash off that pre-order ahead of release day. So, will you be picking up any of these deals for your GTA 6 setup?
