Star Wars Zero Company Hits Lowest Price Yet at Amazon Prime Day

Have you been holding out for a deal on Star Wars Zero Company? Well, your patience just paid off.

Amazon's Prime Big Deal Days sale, running October 6-7, has slashed 20% off both PS5 and Xbox Series X physical copies of the game. That brings the PS5 version down to $47.97 and the Xbox Series X version to $47.99. Compared to full price, you're saving $12 (or just over, if you grab the PS5 copy). Considering this is the first big discount since the game launched in late August, it's a pretty sweet deal.

And here's the best part: these aren't marked as Early Prime Deals, so you don't need a Prime membership to snag them. That means anyone can jump on this discount. If you've been eyeing this XCOM-style strategy game set in a galaxy far, far away, now's a great time to add it to your collection.

We gave Star Wars Zero Company a 9/10 in our review, with writer Dan Stapleton calling it "an excellent tactical game that does a fantastic job of slathering on the same cinematic look and feel we saw in Respawn's Star Wars Jedi games, incorporating strong characters and a storyline that's refreshingly centered on non-Force users and a non-traditional villain." So yeah, it's kind of a big deal.

But Amazon isn't the only retailer with a discount. Best Buy's Techtober Sale has also dropped the price to $47.99 for both PS5 and Xbox Series X. If you prefer shopping there, that's another solid option. The Techtober Sale runs until October 11 and is packed with other game deals, too, so it's worth a browse if you're in a shopping mood.

Of course, Prime Big Deal Days ends October 7, so you have a shorter window if you want to grab the Amazon deal. Either way, you're getting a fantastic game at its lowest price yet.
