WoW Forever: 6 Questions to Pick Your Main Before Launch

Are you staring at the WoW Forever character screen wondering who you'll actually main? You're not alone. This week is a big one for World of Warcraft Forever, because the stress test is arriving and the beta run is officially coming to an end.

After that, there's a little less than two weeks of thumb-twiddling before launch. The only thing breaking up the wait is the early name reservation rush, so if you haven't settled on a main yet, the clock is ticking louder than you'd like.

That's exactly why the folks behind the game put together six questions to help you choose your WoW Forever main character. Think of it as a little pre-launch homework, except this homework actually decides how you'll spend your first few weeks in-game.

Why bother with questions at all? Because picking a main isn't just about which class looks coolest in the character creator. It's about how you like to play, what role you want in a group, and what you'll still be happy logging into once the launch hype settles down.

The timing matters too. With the beta wrapping up, you've got limited chances left to test things out before the real servers go live. And once name reservations open, the rush is on, so having your pick locked in ahead of time saves you from scrambling.

So before the stress test hits and the beta closes its doors, sit down with those six questions and give them some honest thought. Your future main character will thank you, and so will your groupmates.

What class are you leaning toward for WoW Forever? Will you be picking this up at launch? Let us know in the comments.
