FusionXpark M Series Debuts With AMD Ryzen AI Max Power

xFusion unveils the FusionXpark M495 Pro and M395, packing AMD Ryzen AI Max platforms for local AI and on-device inference. The flagship supports up to 300B-parameter models with 192GB unified memory.

Local AI just got a serious hardware upgrade. At xFusion's 2026 International Explorer Conference, the company took the wraps off its new FusionXpark M series of portable AI agents — and yes, they're packing AMD's Ryzen AI Max family under the hood.

The lineup includes two models: the enterprise-focused FusionXpark M495 Pro and the high-end consumer FusionXpark M395. Both are built for things like smart office work, local AI deployment, on-device model inference, and personal content creation. AMD's VP of Marketing for Greater China, Ji Zhaohui, and xFusion's General Manager of Edge Computing, Zhou Xun, were both on hand for the launch.

So why does this matter? As generative AI keeps creeping into offices, design studios, and content workflows, people are realizing they need local compute power, tons of memory, and airtight data security. AMD's Ryzen AI Max platform delivers on all three fronts, combining high-performance CPUs, advanced GPU architecture, and a unified memory design that's tailor-made for running large language models right on your machine.

The star of the show, the M495 Pro, rocks an AMD Ryzen AI Max+ PRO 495 processor with a 16-core, 32-thread Zen 5 CPU and AMD Radeon 8065S graphics packing 40 RDNA 3.5 compute units. It supports up to 192GB of unified memory, with as much as 160GB allocatable as dedicated VRAM. That's a ridiculous amount of headroom for local LLMs, AI content creation, professional design work, and heavy office applications.

On the software side, the M495 Pro runs Windows 11 natively and comes preloaded with FusionXplay, a one-stop local AI management platform. There's a dedicated model store where you can easily deploy different AI models. According to xFusion, the system can handle large models with up to 300 billion parameters locally — covering everything from AI creation and smart office tasks to professional design and meeting collaboration.

Here's where the unified memory architecture really shines. Running big models locally usually demands serious memory capacity, VRAM allocation, and fast data transfer. The M495 Pro's unified memory design lets the CPU and GPU work together on complex AI workloads without breaking a sweat. That 192GB ceiling and 160GB VRAM allocation create plenty of breathing room for massive private knowledge bases and heavy inference tasks.

This launch also deepens the partnership between AMD and xFusion, which previously collaborated on high-performance and enterprise computing. Now they're pushing into local AI and edge intelligence together. xFusion brings over 30,000 ecosystem partners to the table, and the FusionXplay model store is central to building out that local AI app ecosystem. With the International Explorer Conference as a springboard, the FusionXpark M series is headed to global markets.

As AI workloads shift from the cloud toward edge devices and personal machines, AMD and xFusion are positioning themselves right at that intersection. The goal? Making high-performance, localized AI accessible to both businesses and everyday users. Sounds like a solid step toward putting real AI muscle on your desk — no cloud required.

What would you do with 160GB of dedicated VRAM on a local machine? Let us know in the comments.
