Microsoft just dropped a deal that might make you rethink your next PC purchase. To celebrate Xbox's 25th anniversary, the company announced that starting November 2026, buying a qualifying Windows 11 PC in the US nets you a free bundle of 25 fan-favorite games—worth over $500 combined.
The promo runs from November 2 to December 31, 2026, and it's first come, first served while supplies last. So if you're eyeing a new rig, timing is everything.
The lineup is stacked with Xbox heavy hitters. You're getting The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Special Edition, Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary, Age of Empires II: Definitive Edition, Minecraft Dungeons, and Gears of War: Reloaded, just to name a few. That's a whole lot of classics and modern gems in one go.
Once you claim the bundle, the PC versions get tied to your Microsoft account. That means you can play them on any compatible Windows PC you log into—no disc swapping, no hassle. Some titles even support Xbox Play Anywhere, so you can fire them up on your Xbox Series X|S console too.
It's a pretty sweet incentive if you've been on the fence about upgrading. Microsoft is clearly using the anniversary to push its ecosystem, and honestly, 25 free games is a hard offer to ignore.
So, does this bundle tempt you into a new Windows 11 PC, or are you holding out for something else? Let us know in the comments!
