Ready for a new week of Xbox Game Pass titles? You bet we are! Microsoft has just revealed that five games are hitting the service over the next few days, and there's a little something for everyone.
The headliner for many will be Dune: Awakening. This one's a big deal because it's never been on console before – it launched on PC last year and has been enjoying a positive reception ever since. Now console players finally get to see what all the fuss is about.
But that's not all. Three of the five games are "day one" releases, meaning you can play them the moment they arrive. Joining Dune: Awakening in that category are Well Dweller and Mad King Redemption.
Well Dweller is a metroidvania that clearly wears its Hollow Knight inspiration on its sleeve. If you're a fan of tight platforming and atmospheric exploration, this one should be right up your alley.
Then there's Mad King Redemption, a roguelite beat 'em up that looks absolutely bonkers in the best way possible. Fast-paced combat, crazy enemies, and that addictive roguelite loop? Sounds like a recipe for lost weekends.
The remaining two games are joining new tiers of Game Pass, so depending on your subscription level, you might need to check what's available to you. Microsoft hasn't specified which tiers, but it's worth keeping an eye on your library.
So, what's the verdict? Are you jumping into Dune: Awakening first, or are you more curious about Well Dweller or Mad King Redemption? Let us know in the comments!
