WoW Forever: 10 Races We're Dying to See Join the Fight

Ever catch yourself daydreaming about which race you'd roll next if World of Warcraft Forever suddenly dropped a brand-new one? You're not alone.

Here's the thing: we haven't actually been told anything about upcoming added races in World of Warcraft Forever. In fact, we don't even technically know that the game will ever add new races or classes. But come on — it feels like a functional given that more new races are going to show up eventually. That's the vibe, anyway.

That uncertainty hasn't stopped the speculation. A new Perfect Ten column leans into exactly that wishful thinking, rounding up the races the writer would love to see make their way into World of Warcraft Forever. It's the kind of list that gets your imagination running about what your next character could look like.

What makes this particularly interesting is the timing. With no official word on added races — or even confirmation that new races and classes are on the table at all — the whole conversation lives in that hopeful gray zone fans know well. We're working off assumptions and enthusiasm rather than announcements.

Still, that's part of the fun. Theorycrafting about future races is a time-honored tradition for the community, and a list like this is basically an invitation to start your own. Would you go for something wildly different from what's already playable, or stick close to the familiar?

The takeaway is simple: nothing is confirmed, so temper those expectations. But the desire for more racial options in World of Warcraft Forever is clearly alive and well, and the Perfect Ten wishlist captures that energy perfectly.

So what's your dream race for World of Warcraft Forever? Would you reroll in a heartbeat, or are you happy with what's already on the character creation screen? Let us know — we're all ears.
