Did you catch the BlizzCon 2026 opening ceremony? If you're a Retail WoW player, you had plenty to get excited about.
Sure, World of Warcraft Forever is soaking up most of the hype right now, but Retail World of Warcraft wasn't about to be left out. During the opening ceremonies this afternoon, Blizzard dropped a couple of teases that should have Retail fans paying attention.
The big one? The Last Titan expansion. That's right, the next chapter of Retail WoW got a tease during the show, giving players a glimpse of what's coming down the road.
Alongside that, there's also the Eclipse update to look forward to. Details are still thin at this point, but the announcement alone is enough to get the speculation machine running.
If you've been wondering whether Retail WoW would get any love amid all the WoW Forever noise, this afternoon's ceremony answered that question loud and clear. Blizzard made sure both sides of the WoW universe had something to talk about.
For now, we'll have to wait for more specifics on both The Last Titan and Eclipse. But the teases are out there, and the community is already buzzing.
