Lego Batman's Mayhem Collection Gives Harley Quinn an Arkham Makeover

Ever wondered what Harley Quinn would look like if she traded her jester hat for a doctor's coat and a leather corset? Well, Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight has you covered.

The game's upcoming Mayhem Collection expansion puts Harley Quinn and the Joker in the spotlight, and just like Batman, they're getting a wardrobe upgrade. GameSpot exclusively revealed one of Harley's unlockable outfits: her classic look from 2009's Batman: Arkham Asylum. Remember that dramatic departure from her animated series jester garb? The doctor-themed dominatrix vibe with the repurposed doctor's outfit, leather corset, and domino mask? It's back, and it's still one of her best.

In Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, this costume is described as having prankster pigtails and a "chaotic" corset. It's a fun nod to the character's evolution, and if you're a longtime Harley fan, you'll probably want to unlock it ASAP.

The Mayhem Collection itself is a love letter to Batman: The Animated Series, the landmark '90s show that introduced Harley Quinn as the Joker's sidekick. Developer TT Games packed the expansion with references to the series, plus Easter eggs for other Batman shows, films, games, and comics. There's even a tribute to Harley's original voice actor, the late Arleen Sorkin. And the new story mission dives into the first meeting between the Joker and Quinn, back when she was still Dr. Harleen Quinzel, an ambitious psychiatrist.

So if you're tired of saving Gotham and want to embrace a little chaos, this expansion has your name on it. The Mayhem Collection launches on September 18 for Lego Batman: Legacy of the Dark Knight, which is already one of the best games of 2026. It's also coming to Switch 2 on the same day, and it's available for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.
