Warhammer 40K: Rogue Trader's Final DLC Lands This December

Ready to wrap up your Rogue Trader saga? Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is getting one final DLC, and it's coming this December.

The expansion is called Processional of the Damned, and it's the last piece of post-launch content for Owlcat's grimdark CRPG. If you've been holding off on a fresh playthrough, this might be the perfect excuse to dive back into the Koronus Expanse.

So what's inside? Quite a lot, actually. Processional of the Damned adds a brand-new storyline, a fresh companion to recruit, a new playable archetype, additional enemies to fight, and even more gameplay features. That's a hefty send-off for a game that's already packed with choices, builds, and brutal turn-based combat.

For those who haven't kept up, Rogue Trader launched with a deep character system and a sprawling narrative set in the Warhammer 40,000 universe. Each DLC has expanded that experience, and this final chapter looks to double down on what makes the game tick: tough decisions, tactical battles, and a whole lot of heresy.

The new companion and archetype are especially intriguing. A new archetype means new build possibilities for your party, while a new companion brings fresh banter, personal quests, and maybe even a few moral dilemmas. And with new enemies thrown into the mix, expect combat encounters to get even more chaotic.

December is shaping up to be a busy month for RPG fans, but if you're a Warhammer 40K diehard, this one should be on your radar. Whether you're a veteran Lord Captain or a newcomer curious about the grimdark, Processional of the Damned promises to be a worthy finale.
