Some news just hits different. Popular streamer One Chestnut Little Sasha, known to millions of followers, has shared a huge personal update: her first checkup after lymphoma treatment came back clean, and she's officially in recovery.

In a video posted to her fans, she kept it simple and sweet, captioning it "First checkup went smoothly~ heading home, heading home." That's the kind of update you love to see. Back on July 12, she had already announced the end of her cancer treatment, sharing that her test results showed all indicators back to normal and that she no longer needed chemotherapy.

But let's be real here: finishing chemo is a milestone, not the finish line. She still faces long-term regular checkups to guard against any recurrence. It's a marathon, and she's pacing herself.

Looking back, the journey started on January 23, 2026, when she revealed she'd been diagnosed with lymphoma and was stepping away from work to undergo treatment. The diagnosis: stage III nodular sclerosis classic Hodgkin lymphoma. At the time, her child wasn't even two years old yet.

She went through a planned total of 12 chemotherapy sessions over roughly half a year, wrapping up the final one on June 30. Along the way she dealt with the brutal side effects many patients know all too well: severe hair loss, bone marrow suppression, mouth ulcers and viral infections.

On April 10, with hair loss getting heavy, she chose to shave her head completely. Her husband shaved his head right alongside her, standing with her every step of the way. Throughout it all, she kept a "leveling up in a game" mindset, refusing to play the sympathy card, appearing bare-faced and sharing her daily life. Her husband's constant care and her family's support became a vital source of strength.

Now she's on the other side of treatment and looking forward. If you've been following her journey, drop a message of support in the comments. What's your favorite moment from her streams?
