PlayStation fans, get ready. A new roundup from gaming blogger Zuby_Tech has laid out what could be PlayStation's most stacked development slate in years, and it's absolutely massive.
The list, compiled from official announcements and hiring leaks, covers both first-party studios and partner teams. It includes heavy hitters like Santa Monica Studio, Insomniac Games, Naughty Dog, Guerrilla, and many more. If even half of these projects see the light of day, PlayStation's future is looking incredibly bright.
Let's break it down. Santa Monica Studio is reportedly working on God of War: Laufey, a God of War trilogy remake, and a new God of War game directed by Cory Barlog. Insomniac Games is continuing support for Marvel's Wolverine while also developing Marvel's Spider-Man 3. Naughty Dog has Intergalactic: The Heretic Prophet plus two more AAA narrative and single-player games in the works.
Guerrilla is busy with Horizon: Hunters Gathering, a single-player Horizon game, and external projects. Sucker Punch continues support for Ghost of Yotei. Polyphony Digital is working on the next Gran Turismo and supporting GT7. Team ASOBI is developing a next-gen AAA title. Housemarque is crafting a brand-new AAA game. Firesprite is reportedly working on Until Dawn 2 and another AAA title. Bend Studio is making a high-profile console game. Haven is developing Fairgame$. Bungie continues support for Marathon. San Diego Studio is working on the next MLB The Show.
That's not all. XDev has multiple unannounced projects, including Phantom Blade Zero, an unannounced AAA game with Jetpack Interactive, an arcade racing game with Stellar Entertainment, Kena: Scars of Kosmora, and Project Delta with People Can Fly. Team LFG is creating a new action game brand and a new sci-fi fantasy universe. Valkyrie Entertainment is developing a new strategy game. Mm2 is working on a multiplayer live-service game. Nixxes continues PC ports and support. PlayStation Malaysia and Visual Arts handle art, animation, and co-development. San Mateo Studio is an internal dev team.
Beyond the big names, the China Hero Project and India Hero Project are also cooking up a bunch of intriguing titles. From China: No Boundaries: Shell Action, Follow the Wind, Juexiao, One Autumn Sound: Jinyiwei, The Godslayer, Daba: Land of Watermarks, Subthreshold, and Loulan: Curse of the Sand. From India: METEORA, Fishbowl, Lokko, Requital: Gates of Blood, SURI: The Seventh Note, and Bloody Boots.
As you can imagine, this list has sparked plenty of discussion among players. Many are hyped for PlayStation's future lineup.
