Are you ready to take your guild to the top in Where Winds Meet's GvG? If you're playing Nameless, you're already on the right track—this DPS class is the best for GvG, and any serious guild needs one. But GvG is a different beast from PvE. It shares gear and positioning fundamentals with team PvP like 3v3, so you'll need to adapt. Let's dive into the Bellstrike Splendor build that'll make you a force on the battlefield.
First, always aim for a 4-set piece (2-set for bow) to unlock the max gear passives. Your armor choice depends on your stats and playstyle. Hawkwing is solid if you haven't hit the 40% Affinity Rate threshold—it gives +3.7% Affinity Rate and 10% Physical Attack on Affinity hits. Jadeware is stronger if you can maintain its buff uptime, but you'll need to weave your Martial Art skill (Q) from Sword or Spear into your rotation consistently. If that's too much, stick with Hawkwing. Calmwaters is the easiest to use, giving Endurance and HP back on Perfect Dodge with no cooldown. But for GvG, Whirlsnow is the standout: it triggers when you lose more than 40% Max HP in one hit or drop below 20%, making your next heal within 5 seconds restore an extra 25% of Max HP (60s cooldown). This can save you from coordinated wipes. The third armor option is easy but has weaker passives—it's fallen off since Whirlsnow arrived.
For your accessory set, choose Pursuing Shadow if you need +1.8% Affinity Rate; otherwise, go with Startling String for +3.7% Critical Rate. On gear, aim for gold initial lines, but purple works. When rerolling substats, you can get duplicates of the initial stat, so prioritize slots with good initial stats. For weapons, go Max Physical Attack > Momentum (if threshold maxed). For Disc and Pendant, Max Physical Attack. Helmet and Chestpiece: Affinity Rate > Critical Rate. Greaves and Bracers: Power > Affinity Rate (if threshold maxed) > Critical Rate.
Now, the stats that matter. Art of Sword DMG Boost is the best multiplicative damage increase, but it's rare—aim for x1.4 to x1.5 Max Attack. Affinity Rate caps at 40% (orange number), and Affinity attacks scale with Max Physical Attack. Momentum gives 0.9 Max Physical Attack and 0.038% Affinity Rate per point, plus boosts Nameless Sword Martial Arts. Always hit the threshold—at Level 95, it's 225. Max Physical Attack is your most important stat after thresholds; get at least one on every piece, two if possible. Power gives 1.36 Max Physical Attack and 0.225 Min Physical Attack, but Max Phys is better. Boost Vs. Player Units and All Martial Arts Boost are rare but stack—they're great if you can get them. Critical Rate caps at 80%, and Precision caps at 100%, but you only want a little Precision so it doesn't steal Affinity procs. Max Bellstrike Attack is the best attribute attack, but Min Attribute Attack from another class (like Stonesplit) is actually better because it's consistent—no damage fluctuation. Avoid Min Bellstrike Attack; it's a dead stat for Nameless Sword.
For affixes, choose two different ones (same doesn't stack). The gold versions are best, but purple works. The must-haves for GvG are: Recover 50 Endurance and gain Tenacity for 3 seconds after an Execution Skill (Arena), and the one that restores 15 Endurance and deals 12% bonus HP damage when Vagrant Sword hits a non-defending unit (every 3 seconds). Also consider Physical Penetration, and the one that increases Immobilization duration and stuns—but that's only for defense teams. The Vitality recovery one is good for support, but not for pure DPS.
